[About Japanese cedar]
Japanese cedar is grown in Japan's climate and environment, making it a suitable wood for Japanese housing. In addition, using Japanese wood helps revitalize the local area and protect forests.

The local Kishu cedar that we use has a history of being used as a building material for over 1,000 years. Not only does it have beautiful grain and color, but it is also a high-quality cedar that has been proven by experiments in Wakayama Prefecture to be extremely resistant to bending, stretching, and compression.
